Order Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and is expected at the time of the reservation. You have 48 hrs to make a deposit or your order will be cancelled.  Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event. Wedding events  require  final payment 3 weeks prior to the event date

Deposits are Non Refundable

Cancellations will only be accepted 4 days prior to the event

If you require a quote click on the contact tab and send us your party info or send us an email thecupcakegirlmiami@gmail.com with your contact information, date of the event, and details about the baked goods you would like to order. Such as Quantities, flavors, themes, etc.

If your order is large, Please make sure you are allowing a window of at least 2 weeks before placing your order.

RUSH ORDERS/LAST MIN ORDERS ***7 days*** before the event (or less) may incur a $25 -$120 fee. This fee is not negotiable.

Equipment Fees:

All rental equipment requires a usage fee (non refundable) and a deposit fee (refundable)

All equipment must be returned 48 hrs after the event undamaged as it was when you received it.

Set up fees will vary

At this time I can only accommodate tastings for wedding cakes with a minimum of 50 guest. Cupcake towers and special occasion cakes with a minimum of 75 guest. I do not offer tastings for small & normal cupcake & cake orders.  All items included in the tasting will be made in cupcake form. Tastings are $50 for up to 3 cake and buttercream flavors. There will be an additional fee of $5  for the tasting if your order requires a filling. You will receive 2 regular size cupcakes per flavor a total of 6 cupcakes and a take away box for any left overs.  If you book the event the $50 tasting fee will be credited to your final total.

I personally bake, design and create all of my cupcakes, cakes and desserts from scratch. A 2 week minimum notice is required for all orders. Orders for cupcakes and small cakes can be placed via email or phone.

Rush orders will be subject to Rush fees
